The case is still ongoing. It was opened by the Paris public prosecutor's office for “harassment” in the “LOL League” affair, following a complaint filed in February 2019 by SOS racisme, learned franceinfo Friday, February 7 from judicial sources.
The investigation, entrusted to the Brigade for the Suppression of Delinquency against the Person (BRDP), must shed light on sexist behavior and remarks on the internet by journalists and communicators in the 2010s.
Among the members of this “LOL League” are two former Liberation journalists, or a former Inrocks web editor. Vincent Glad and Alexandre Hervaud, in particular, were dismissed after this affair and are contesting this decision before the industrial tribunal in Paris.
